We are actively focused on growth, raising capital from various sources, expanding our development pipeline and aiming to double our portfolio size by 2026.

President and CEO
Denis is the President and Chief Executive Officer for the Deveraux Group of Companies. Under Denis’ leadership, the Deveraux Group of Companies has grown since its inception in 2008 to become an industry leader in the development and management of large-scale multi-family residential complexes across the prairie provinces. Denis is the single largest individual investor in the Auctus Group and currently serves as Chairman of the Board for the Auctus Property Fund LP. Denis also serves on the Development Advisory Board for Auctus IX, Auctus X, Auctus XI, XII, Auctus XIII, Auctus Westport and Deveraux (GV Edmonton) Investments LP. Denis previously served on the Board of Directors for SaskEnergy, a Saskatchewan Crown Corporation, where he was a member of the Audit & Finance Committee and the Business Development Committee and is currently a Board Member at Shawnigan Lake School on Vancouver Island.
Chief Financial Officer
Colin has been the Chief Financial Officer for the Deveraux Group of Companies since October 2012, overseeing the accounting, finance and administrative functions of the Group. Colin contributes over 20 years of experience in all aspects of accounting and finance, including external and internal financial reporting, corporate finance, tax planning and compliance, treasury, risk management, strategic planning, corporate governance, information technology, human resources and investor relation functions. Previously, Colin was the Director of Mergers and Acquisitions at Alliance Grain Traders Inc., leading project teams, assessing M&A opportunities and performing due diligence activities and integration processes. Colin received his CA in 2002 and previously spent over 13 years in public practice at KPMG LLP managing various client engagements and special projects. Colin is a past Board member of the University of Regina Alumni Association.
Chief Operating Officer
Jamie has been the Chief Operating Officer of the Deveraux Group of Companies since July 2013, providing guidance and oversight to a growing professional team, with a focus on enhancing operations. Jamie earned his Masters in Leadership from Michigan State University and has gained a wealth of senior leadership experience in both the private and public sectors. Jamie provides expertise in the areas of human resources, marketing, property management, policy development and strategic planning. Jamie currently serves as Past President and Board member of The Saskatchewan Landlord Association which represents and advocates on behalf of Saskatchewan landlords. In addition, Jamie previously served as a Board member of Habitat for Humanity Regina, as well as the Canadian Federation of Apartment Associations. Jamie has been recognized by the Regina and Region Homebuilders Association with a Builder of Distinction Award, for his contributions to the Association.
